To help meet the industry demand for a trained workforce, the United Brotherhood of Carpenters Training Fund of North America has developed the UBC Aerial Lift Operator Qualification Program. This program, addresses safety regulations and safe operating practices related to “Self-Propelled Elevated Work Platforms” (ANSI A92.6) and “Boom-Supported Work Platforms” (ANSI A92.5). Training will be delivered through classroom instruction, and a series of hands-on exercises designed to evaluate the proficiency of the student.
This course is an introduction to the industry basics of fire stop. Students learn to recognize and understand a variety of fire stop products. First Aid/CPR and Scaffolding are recommended prerequisites to this course.
This 8 hour National Safety Council course includes classroom instruction and hands-on training. Upon successful completion of this course, including a final test, students receive their Fork Truck Certification Card.
